What Happens After I Sign Up?

What Happens If I Go Over My Credit Limit?
You will not lose access or experience any interruption to service, you will simply be billed at your plan’s additional credit rate.
What If I Need More Credits?
You simply pay per individual credits, not in blocks or upgrades, based on your plan’s additional credit rate.
How Many Keywords Can I Have?
Our model provides unlimited keywords no matter which package you chose. Keywords can be used for group interaction, information, or drip sequences.
No Surprises
All software features are included in all packages. There are no other fees, surcharges or surprises. If you want to set a cap on the number of credits or a monthly budget, your account strategist can help you to avoid runaway spending.
Multi-division organization? Additional 5-digit short codes are $500 each, but not required. This is a pass-through service fee to register, lease, and host your short code with the US Short Code Registry.
